We are currently looking for an Art Director to join our team in building the next hit NFT game.


Your responsibilities will include:


- Establishing the game’s art style based on project specifications, design direction, and target audience

- Leading the art team and guiding them in the creation of digital art assets according to the established art direction

- Collaborating with game designers to help the ideation process

- Collaborating with concept artists to translate ideas into visual or graphical format

- Collaborating with 2D and 3D artists to create game assets

- Supervising and approving work completed by the art team to ensure that the produced assets comply with the vision for the game, as well as meeting standards for quality


Key Requirements:


- You have at least 6 years of experience as a lead artist or art director with a strong portfolio of work

- You have excellent artistic and technical skill sets (concept art, illustration, high-resolution sculpting/modelling, UI design, animation, etc.)

- Proficiency with 2D/3D industry-standard production tools (photoshop, 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, etc.)

- Familiarity with integrating assets into Unity
