DMI Psychology is a contemporary psychology service in Sydney, Australia providing mental health supports to people living with a disability. We provide home-based services, and support people with psychology assessments and intervention, behaviour assessments, and behaviour support interventions.
As our business and team are rapidly expanding, we are looking for an experienced and savvy Business Manager to help us get things in order and make sure we keep it up! You will be a flexible and versatile worker, skilled at applying your business management skills to diverse professional environments.
Main responsibilities:
Operations Systems Management:
- Manage day-to-day business operations
- Analyse, refine, streamline and simply processes
- Create new and improved processes
- Look for opportunities to automate processes
Metrics Management:
- Create weekly and monthly metrics tracking system
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Create schedule for reviewing and updating goals
Project Management:
- Create system for tracking projects
- Coordinate projects, and organise and oversee all components
People Management
- Coordinate recruitment of new staff
- Refine processes for recruitment and onboarding
- Develop onboarding and training system for new staff
- Create processes for team management and tasks, including tracking of clinical reports and cases, meeting agendas and minutes, and caseload spreadsheets
We are looking for an experienced and demonstrated multi-tasker, who can bring organisation to our rapidly growing allied health team. A background in psychology, mental health, or community service will be a plus. A creative mind with an eye for sophisticated design is a sure plus plus!
Experience Requirements:
- You will have at least 3-years Business Management experience or extensive skills as an executive administrator.
- Knowledge of psychology or mental health topics is highly desirable. Prior experience working in an allied health management setting a bonus.
