Virtual Acquisitions Manager- Inside Sales Agent (Salary+ Bonuses)

We are a licensed wholesale real estate investment company based in Philadelphia, PA USA. We acquire off market real estate investment properties for local investors. We are in need of a Virtual Acquisition Manager who will virtually acquire real estate sales contracts from homeowners looking to sell their homes.


Job tasks include:
- Utilize calling scripts to gather information, overcome objections, follow up, and close seller opportunities.
- Engage in price negotiations and make offers to sellers daily
- Manage cold and warm leads in CRM
- Update lead data in CRM
- Schedule property visit appointments for Senior Acquisitions Managers
- Follow up with all assigned leads
- Run comps on properties
- Achieve daily call targets
- Log all call activity.
- Use empathy to build rapport, establish trust based influence, and uncover seller motivation
- Draft, send, and execute contracts using Docusign
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

Required Experience
a. Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience.
b. Excellent English speaker and writer.
c. Experience with Podio or a related CRM is preferred
e. Minimum 1 year of real estate industry experience required.
f. Experience working remotely preferred.
g. 2 years of sales experience preferred.
i. Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus (Mail Chimp, Aweber, etc)


The best candidate will be a goal oriented sales specialist who is empathetic, influential, and a problem solver. The chosen candidate will be great at building relationships, overcoming objections, negotiating price, and acquiring contracts from seller opportunities to bring in new business to the company. Having a strong high ticket sales background along with the ability to consistently have quality conversations using a proven sales process will lead to success in this role.

To be considered for this role:
- You must be available to work & connect via zoom on a laptop or desktop computer throughout the day during normal business hours.
- Able to work 40 hours per week. 10am-6pm NY Eastern Standard Time
