If you are a Virtual Assistant that loves marketing, this job is for you!
We are a licensed wholesale real estate investment company based in Philadelphia, PA USA. We acquire off market real estate investment properties for local investors. We are in need of a virtual assistant who will diligently handle administrative tasks while streamlining marketing and business communications throughout the enterprise.
Job tasks include:
- Executive calendar management
- Drafting presentation materials for calls and meetings.
- File management

- Social media marketing (Instagram,
- Documenting and updating standard operating procedures.
- Drafting marketing materials via Canva.
- Create spreadsheets and forms using Google Suite
- Draft & send contracts using Docusign
- Conducting assigned business research.
- HR admin support
Required Experience
a. Instagram and
b. Excellent English speaker and writer
c. Canva experience required (Photoshop and PowerPoint skills are a bonus)
d. Experience with Podio or a related CRM is preferred
e. Prior Virtual Assistant experience or extensive Virtual Assistant training is required
f. Real Estate industry experience is preferred.
g. Google Suite expertise is required. (Must be proficient using google docs and google sheets)

The best candidate will be a virtual assistant with corporate business experience who is diligent, independent, reliable, creative, organized, and has exceptional time management skills. The chosen candidate will also be expected to independently take the lead on researching new business development ideas, learn about & recommend new tools, and find fresh ways to keep the organization efficient.
To be considered for this role:
- You must be available to work & connect via zoom on a laptop or desktop computer throughout the day during normal business hours.
- Able to work 40 hours per week. 9am-5pm NY Eastern Standard Time
