JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for experienced inside sales rep to call database, schedule appointments and nurture leads for my real estate ---------- e below for details of what's required.

To provide 100% +1 service to our clients and staff in the form of communication, telephone etiquette and services rendered to them. To acquire and develop seller and buyer leads through prospecting

Work Inherent in This Position
Tactical Work
1. Contact homes around each just listed as directed
• Minimum 20 contacts
• Contact homes around each just sold as directed
• Minimum 20 contacts
2. Contact homeowners in areas where we have a buyer looking for a home as directed
• Work closely with Buyer Partners on coordinating names and areas
3. Contact For Sale By Owners as directed
• Designated areas
4. Contact expired listings and withdrawn as directed
• Designated areas
5. Make calls using "Unlocking Your Telephone" scripts as directed
• Designated areas
6. Contact people offering free Gloria Sells Real Estate Team promotional video
7. Provide data for all daily input of leads
8. Maintain contact goals
• Part time Inside Sales 60 dials per day
• 20 contacts
• Two leads
• Three appointments per week
9. Turn in leads to Inside Sales Director daily
---------- morize and use scripts and dialogs
11. Follow up on all leads as directed
12. Make appointments for Listing Partners and Buyer Partners according to daily planner
13. Confirm appointments with Listing Partner and Buyer Partners
14. Provide report to Inside Sales Director
• Use written report form
15. Attend education approved or provided by the Gloria Sells Real Estate Team
16. Role play calls with Tea ---------- mbers
17. Record calls on tape (minimum) once a week in accordance with local laws
• Give tape to Sales Manager

1. The results of the team will be given the highest priority

12. Action Plans will be performed in a routine, coordinated manner so as to continually duplicate desired results
13. Employees will provide staff assistance as needed per workload
14. Steps of service, office rules, and office policies will be adhered to in all decisions

16. A positive attitude will be maintained at all times while in the office or working with customers and clients
17. Techniques of mirroring, pacing, matching, and leading will be used in communications with others

20. Negative people and situations will be avoided

22. Personal information about clients, customers, employees, staff, etc., is to be kept confidential

27. Scheduled days will be adhered to a minimum of 60 percent of the time
28. Clients will be made to feel important in every way
29. A high standard of integrity shall be maintained
30. Scripts and dialogs of the Gloria Sells Real Estate Team will be used
31. All reports will be in writing with two copies attached
32. Voice mail will be checked four times per day minimum
