Real Estate VA / Internet Marketing

I am a real estate broker in Washington State, USA. I am looking for someone to run my social media sites. IG, FB, Google, Zillow, etc. Create posts, generate leads, interact with potential clients. Search for ways to bring in leads. I need someone who can call a list of people and attempt to get them to sell their home with me or buy a home with me. Someone who is very comfortable on the phone making cold calls and talking to potential clients. MagicJack provided, must have strong unlimited WIFi access. Must be detail oriented and able to keep updated records of interactions as well as helping me with random tasks. Website design background a plus as I have a website that will need to be maintained and kept up to date.
