Architect (2D & 3D Plan and Rendering expert)

We are a US-based outsourcing company looking for a highly skilled Architect who is proficient in CAD and can create construction plans for new retail buildouts, then create 3d model. We would also like the potential candidate to manage the construction process from start to ---------- te that we are searching for someone looking for a long-term opportunity with willingness to grow.

Skills Needed
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Lumion, and Sketchup.
- Detailed understanding of how to make a 2D and 3D plan with rendering and a virtual walkthrough.
- Detailed understanding of construction plans and management (We are willing to put you through some items here).
- Excellent English communication skills.
