dash.fi is seeking a strategic and results-driven business development professional to drive growth for our referral partner program.

This individual will focus on deepening engagement with third-party eCommerce and Agency platforms that would make for great referral partners for one of our category cards. The ideal candidate has strong experience identifying, prospecting, and closing new business partnerships.

MuteSix, Hawk Media, Taboola, Geek Out Events are some of our current referral partners.

Success also requires the ability to build meaningful C-suite relationships with ecosystem stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial ---------- ndidates should be deeply passionate about helping brands scale. This is a full-time position and will report to our Director of Strategic Partnerships.

**Responsibilities:**

Identify monthly target prospect list of top 100 potential partners
Build relationships with prospects by inviting them to be featured on our podcasts and/or blog
Reach out to new prospective partners weekly
Work with the design team to create custom card designs for interested referral partners
Work with design to create mock co-brand landing pages for interested partners
Present and demo how the card program works and what it means for them
Assist partners in crafting the benefits of their card program as well as customizing their annual fee, cashback, initiation fee, etc
Execute vertical platform partnerships strategy including the identification of key partners
Build and manage alliances with strategic partners by defining joint roadmaps, managing multiple touchpoints, and maintaining partner ---------- nd partners terms sheets to prospective partners via DocuSign and follow up to get commitments, signatures, and payments
Track and report your partner pipeline in google sheets each week.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Be proactive, independent, and self-sufficient
Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to drive card programs related to the partner’s customer base
Identify new opportunities to drive growth and integration

**Requirements:**

3+ years professional experience within the commerce or marketplace platforms and online advertising space
Experience driving high-profile business strategies and influencing change across organizations
Experience defining and executing a strategy to build partner ecosystems
