You will work with a team of knowledgeable recruiters who know the A to Z of hiring, and will work around the clock to take care of our clients sourcing, pre-screeening, and negotiating needs: we enable our recruiters to efficiently close top candidates, and view ourselves as an extension of our client's brand: we pride ourselves on providing a “white glove” service to all our clients; recruiting top talent with the utmost care is our day (and night) job.

REQUIREMENTS
This role will require EXCELLENT English speaking skills (Native-level Proficiency), and very accurate sourcing skills, with the ability to source for Technical Roles in the Finance and Technology arenas: confidence and competency in Full-cycle Staffing and Recruiting is required with at least 3 years of experience in above fields.

Tasks:
- Sourcing candidates for specific clients (Tech and Finance)
- Writing messages targeting candidates
- Pre-screening candidates (will receive Global phone-line access to accomplish this)
- Update Managers on efficacy of tools used, and brief summary calls syncing strategies with the team.
- Adapt to the current ATS protocol in place.
