Marketing Agency Virtual Assistant

The Stylish Agency is seeking a virtual marketing assistant to support our efforts to grow and scale our successful online marketing business.

The role we have in mind is a Marketing Assistant who thrives in a self-start environment and is driven by taking initiative and innovation.

This role would require someone able to provide excellent internal support and navigate the resources available to achieve tasks and build clientele. Specific resources we use include Google Suite, Canva, Social Media Management platforms, LinkedIn, Dubsado, and Trello.

We require experience in administrative roles as well as marketing outreach with strong attention to detail and organization. We are looking for professionals that are proficient in online/social media research, excel list compilation, email copy, blogging, and newsletters. Our goals are to expedite our outreach process to solicit our services to potential prospects and lead generation, consistent email marketing outreach, social media outreach, and more.

- Create and schedule email newsletters
- Write one blog post per week
- Outreach to prospects on LinkedIn proposing services
- Daily posting on social media
- Run and manage ad marketing on Facebook
- Create a spreadsheet for cold and hot prospect sales outreach
- Reach out to potential clients on social media
- Manage any live chat inquiries
