Real Estate Research Analyst

770 Capital Partners is a premier real estate company focused on utilizing a data-driven and sophisticated operational approach toward acquiring and scaling commercial real estate across the United States.

We are looking to grow our team by hiring a driven Real Estate Research Analyst who has a passion for data, real estate, responsibility, and decision making.

Key responsibilities include:
Researching property characteristics, location, market fit, etc using Google Maps, Google Earth, and other select programs
Identifying and ranking high-value leads using defined criteria and a tier-based system
Logging data through excel spreadsheets for the underwriting team
Identifying business owner information
Researching region, competition, asset class, product fit/size for properties
Identifying and leading process improvements

What you bring to the table:
Experience researching hard to find data (including using data research, skiptracing tools)
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Strong planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Motivated, curious, collaborative, and innovative
Great written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
An ability to recognize and define opportunities, collect data & insights, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Attention to detail and extremely organized
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
