Medical Scribe

Medical scribe will assist the Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician in completing chart notes according to provider and patient needs. Scribe must have clinical knowledge and knowledge of medical terminology, must be able to work with our Electronic Medical Record charting system, gathers information during the patient's visit and organize information accordingly. Must have computer skills and able to type in a rather fast fashion. Also must have knowledge of diagnosis coding.
