Customer Experience Agent will support incoming enquiries and applications and outgoing customer care through a blended contact model, ensuring support of applications and existing customers of small consumer loans within Australia. This position will also assist the senior management team with regular credit data analysis and calibration to support prioritisation and validation of higher quality applications for express approval.

Someone with the drive for excellence and a passion for the finance industry will have plenty of opportunity for growth and professional development.

This role will suit someone with:
-Experience in Australian businesses
-Seeking a career in finance
-Confident in talking over the phone, email & live chat
-Ability to problem solve and think on the spot


Ideally:
-A graduate with business, maths or economics background or education
-Helpful to have skills in excel
-Dedicated home office space with reliable internet and second monitor
-Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster
-Proficiency in English Language
