Real Estate Lawyer

We have contracted with a company to construct a residential property in the Philipines. The house is almost finished and I need someone to contact the mortgage company to get a full accounting of the payments made and charges applied to the mortgage account. I also need some help putting the property into a corporation and locating an insurance agent to insure the property. I have no knowledge of real estate law in the Philipines so I need the legal counsel to make sure that we are not overlooking any important matters.
