About this role:
This a project-based role, initially working approximately 5-10 hours per week. However more hours may come available depending on the quality of work.
The main role of a video editor is to create and edit video contents including external marketing, online video content, corporate messaging and branding content.
You will be required to create and edit short form video contents for social media accounts
Responsibilities:
Create engaging digital and multimedia videos upon request
Create eye-catching videos for a variety of advertising and social platforms
Increase engagement and brand champions on our social media pages.
Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Team Manager and provide progress and status
Must bring creativity to the team
Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to produce under constraints.
A professional and positive attitude.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of graphic design, video editing, creation, and implementation (with and without templates).
Ability to craft compelling stories through editing
Experience and working knowledge of Canva and Photoshop
Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in this field of work is preferred
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Willing to use their own work tools
