About us:
We are building a team for rental property homes and need a point person to take charge and be responsive to maintenance coordination and other questions.
Here are some of the roles this property manager will take on:
-Will sort out after- hours calls to find out what can be handled during business hours the following day and what urgent needs need to be address immediately in order to keep the building and tenants protected from damage or safety concerns.
-Supervise all contractor and maintenance activities and maintain these valuable relationships
-Maintaining records of maintenance, etc.
-Review maintenance requests recommendations to owners for long-term and strategic improvements
-Answer after hour emergencies and snow removal coordination if needed
-Give weekly, monthly and yearly reports to owners
-Perform other duties to keep great properties that attract great tenants
