The Microdosemovement is a community of like-minded individuals with a love for psychedelics, the present moment, and healing societal traumas for a future built for spiritual, emotional, and mental wellbeing.?

Goal:

Educate individuals on the psychological benefits of psychedelics.
Create a community of psychedelic education, a platform providing high-quality, empowering, and relevant educational material.
Produce educational events throughout San Diego and Southern California providing educational resources about psychedelics.


The Standard: The ideal candidate for this position will be highly communicative. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to respond promptly to request and go above in beyond in all tasks. Thus, the candidate should be detail-oriented and a creative problem solver. Our company values are centered around mutual respect and punctuality.


Responsibilities

Manage customer service inquiries.
Diligently respond to customers' questions and concerns.
Provide customers resources to engage them in our products.
Availability between 10AM - 10PM (PT)
Reach out to Instagram accounts with similar interests.

Qualifications

Highly responsive, flexible, and effective communication.
Proficient in Google Suite, ClickUp, and Slack.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and keep the information confidential.

Expectations and Working Conditions:
Remote position.
Tasks and goals will be assigned on a bi-weekly basis.

Pay Rate: $4/hr - $7/hr (40hrs a week) - Pay rate based on experience
