Part Time Accounting/Financial Management- Validate Deposits

Review and validate daily deposits.

Once a day (~1 hour a day), compare approximately 50 deposits from the emailed summary of bank statements to the "deposit report" and send report to us daily whether it is complete or missing deposits.

We are asking you to verify that the money is in the bank by comparing the bank statements to the "deposit report".

About me:

We have very little experience with VA's however we have over 50 years of experience in retaining and training our current team of employees. We are looking for someone to be a VA for our 15 McDonalds Restaurants. We understand people are first and we are looking for a key person for our company.
