E2W Inc is seeking an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our US-based business owners. The VA will assist the client in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of their daily business activities. They will help the client and employees through organization, operational performance, and communication tasks.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized with great attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, and be a proactive self-starter who can act and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
The Administrative Assistant will have the following duties and responsibilities.
Social Media Management
Calendar management
Email
Conduct daily briefs and updates with the client
Optimize the use of the client’s CRM
Create and maintain
Ad hoc tasks/projects
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years working as a Virtual Assistant.
BS/BA degree is a plus.
Preferably with experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Dubsado, Constant contacts. (Forms, canned
Knowledgeable of other software and applications (Microsoft Office, Google workspace)
Great communication skills
Outstanding time management skills
