As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide a high level of support to the executive team. This role will evolve over the coming months, in keeping with company milestones. As a business partner to the Executives, your role offers key support to focus on the right things at the right time, enabling the achievement of company goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage Executives' time and workload to maximise productivity support company goals
- Schedule meetings
- Manage and maintain calendars
- Inbox management: Read, respond, and delegate as appropriate
- Support communications for an engaged and meaningful remote-first company culture
- Attend tea
- Take comprehensive meeting notes as required
- Create, organise, and maintain folders and drives
- Assist with creating and updating C-suite presentations and external documents
- Assist with various day-to-day projects
- Help build and improve business systems and processes
- Manage and drive multiple projects and priorities at once
- Complete a broad variety of daily administrative tasks, including expense reports
- Draft correspondence, including
- Build strong relationships across the organisation with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and schedule business travel when applicable
