I am a UK based Anxiety Management Coach, (qsowrglaqaimur.st.oc), currently building up my business to enable me to grow and serve more people struggling with anxiety.

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who is organised and self-motivated, who enjoys creative work as much as getting systems and processes in place. You will be motivated to help with general admin, to write blog posts, and increase our visibility as part of our social media strategy.

This job will start as a part-time job but it could become a full-time position. There is a lot of potential for the right candidate to grow with the company.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with perfect English (verbal and written). You will also need a perfect telephone manner.

Hours will be 4 hours per week initially, and be flexible to suit your needs, however, they will need to coitwagz with UK office hours (GMT).

Responsibilities:

? Scheduling appointments, and confirming appointments
? Email management
? Creating and chasing invoices
? Manage contacts and update CRM (Active Campaign)
? Making calls to follow up with leads
? Respond to Social Media comments on YT, FB, Instagram, Google My Business and LinkedIn
? Engage with Social Media groups
? Book hotels and transport
? Research and Write Blog posts
? Upload and edit subtitles to YouTube videos, and top and tail videos
? Create YouTube Thumbnails using Canva template
? Schedule Social Media posts across YT, Instagram, FB, GMB, LinkedIn
? Grow email lists for lead generation
? Assist in the creation and improvement of ad campaigns and marketing funnels
? Perform thorough quality assurance prior to sharing work for review and approval
? Maintain training manual

Requirements:

? A strong Internet connection is required
? Proven experience as a VA
? Ability to multi-task and take pride in your work
? Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
? Familiarity with You Tube Studio, Hootsuite, Active Campaign and Canva is preferred
? Highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills
? Trustworthy with strong personal integrity
? Proactive and can make decisions on their own
? Keen attention to detail
? Motivated and can work independently
? Strong project management skills
? Perfect English alongside excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
? High school diploma: additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
