Senior Ruby on Rails Back-end Developer

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be working in harmony with the CEO, CMO, and COO of our startup by making technical recommendations to make sure that the product and business strategies are aligned. You have a pivotal role in the delivery and translation of our vision into a functioning platform.

Skills needed for Senior Ruby Back-End Developer:
* Min. 5/6 years of experience
* Experience in SaaS app Development
* Strong abilities to correct performance issues and scale the project accordingly
* Experience in collaborating with React on Rails
* External API’s connections
* Working with Service Objects and Background Jobs
* Remote group collaboration on a project using GitHub
* Experience in data visualization and analytics/dashboards
* Ability to collaborate between Rails and React front end
* Adaptive attitude to variations coming from user testing
