About Us:
We are Get Claude. We manage a group of online consumer brands based in the United States. We handle ECommerce for Health and Wellness and Digital Marketing also for Health and Wellness products, ceramics, eco-friendly living, etc.

Work Schedule: US Working hours 9 am to 6 pm EST/PST with some flexibility

Duties/Responsibilities
- Sourcing and procurement of new and existing products from suppliers (within the United States and globally)
- Discovery and research for new product categories
- Supplier development, negotiation, and researching for new suppliers
- Working with suppliers on set purchasing budgets
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Risk mitigation/dual sourcing
- Ensuring that supplier quality and delivery schedules are met
- Other job-related tasks

Qualifications
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Great communication and email etiquette
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Problem-solving skills for open-ended tasks
- Experience with Amazon and other ECommerce platforms
- Experience with Inventory Management: Replenishment, Storage allocation, etc.
- Experience leading a team is a huge plus but is not required
- A team player who is able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
