My company has been in operation since 1999, and we are constantly expanding our workforce. Over the last 10 years, we've had a lot of virtual assistants. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years. As of now, I have 56 full-time online employees.

We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented Human Resource Virtual Assistant that is self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver, very organized, flexible and adaptable, and can accomplish projects on time with minimal supervision. We're seeking the ideal person to join our company.

#1 - Qualifications

Educational Background -> A Bachelor's or College Degree in Psychology or related field is required.

Work Experience -> At least five (2) years working experience as an HR assistant or staff, and/or at least 1 year working experience as HR Manager

~ Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any tasks.

#3 - Tasks

These are the most crucial things you'll perform every day. You must be flexible and willing to work a fixed 8-hour schedule 5 days a week. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you must be willing to work rotating shifts.

Core Tasks
~ Organizational Chart
~ Maintain an up-to-date company and process organizational ---------- erviews & Hiring
~ Determining personnel requirements.
~ Create and Post Job Ads, and Organize Resumes and Job Applications
~ Performing the initial screening of candidates (Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.)
~ Scheduling and conducting of interviews
~ Contact successful applicants and assists in the onboarding of new staff by collecting all necessary information.

Employee Management
~ Help the team and other managers with any staffing issues that arise (assistance with managing Hubstaff, VAs attendance, productivity report, weekly performance, review leave requests)
~ Assistance with disciplining and letting go of employees (Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations)
~ Organize and manage employee perks and remuneration (Keep track of Performance Evaluation date of the staff and help send the Performance Evaluation to the Tea ---------- mbers and collect feedback)
~ Maintain and organize employee records (work and personal information, as well as emergency contact information of each employee).

Company Information
~ Organize paperwork (like COE request, etc.)
~ Create Policies (Internal policies such as employee ethics, conduct, and attendance; and external communication policies)
~ Update policies (As the organization changes, policies should be updated, or at the very least analyzed, every ---------- 's HR's role to keep policies up to date and advise modifications when they're no longer beneficial to the company or the employees.)

#4 - Miscellaneous Tasks

Document Creation & Organization
~ Format Word documents, generate tables, and organize styles with document softwares such as MS Word and Google Docs. ~ Formatting workout programs is an example of this (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs).

Backup Content and Other Important Data
~ Assist the team with the backup of important files.

Sales Organization & Data Collection
~ Collect sales from offers and promotions on a monthly or biweekly basis and organize the data into a ---------- ernet Research
~ Look up relevant information on a topic on the internet.

Task Procedures
~ Assist with the creation of processes and training films for the duties you perform. This is also how the training is carried out.

Software
~ Must know or be willing to learn Microsoft Office programs, Descript, Zoom, and Hangout. Skype, Dropbox, WordPress, LastPass, Gmail, Google Docs, G-Suite, Basecamp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, Tidio, Zendesk, Clickbank, Pinterest, Infusionsoft, and iContact. These are just a few of the many services used by the company.
