Cold caller / Appointment setter

About the company: We are a digital marketing company that helps generate leads for auto repair shops in the United States
Job Position: Cold calling auto shops from a CRM
Objective: 1. Increase brand awareness 2. Schedule appointments
What you do: follow cold call script, take notes, send follow up email to prospects, schedule appointments

Notes: You will play an essential role in the growth of this startup business. Although you will be following a script, I also expect that you be willing to help make improvements in the cold calling process where possible.

Requirements:
- Cold calling and sales experience
- computer savvy
- if you like to have conversations with people this might be a good job for you (extrovert)
- If you want a long-term job, then this may be a great opportunity

-this is a new job position, but we expect it to require 5 - 8 hours per day. And we hope to accomplish 100+ calls a day. Once you start working for us and making calls, we will have a more precise estimate for how long we will need you on a daily basis. If you're a little flexible to start, that especially helps.

- Monday through Friday
- Must make calls between 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time (we will set schedule together)

- I want to hire someone who get’s excited to make calls and who consistently shows up to work without any issue.
- If you skip work without warning you will be fired. I am a reasonable person, so if you let me know in advance that you can’t make it or if there’s an emergency, then that is okay.

- MUST be fluent English
- Willingness to go “off-script” while in conversation with prospects

Trial Period:
- Once hired, you will begin the job and will be examined to see if you’re a good fit to work with us long-term
