Kit Lender is hiring for our Customer Service (Happiness) Team!

The Customer Experience Specialist's responsibilities include but are not limited to working with customers via phone, text, email, and chat. the job also includes process orders, canceling orders,
following up with FEDEX and customers for late packages.

This job opening is for a full-time (40 hrs/week), Shift is likely 4 pm - 12 am Tuesday - Saturday EST but the candidate should be available to be flexible for adjustments to work any consistent 8hr shift, 5 days a week, Monday - Sunday 8 am - 1 am EST.

As an E-Commerce business that was featured on Shark Tank in December of 2019, we are growing exponentially. Using the industry's most current E-commerce platforms, agents will have the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge in today's competitive online marketplace.

This is a seasonal job ending Mid March with an opportunity for advancement into a year-round position.

Additional consideration will be given to candidates who show proficiency using Ecommerce
the platform, Ticketing Systems, ZenDesk, Slack, and Asana.

Applicant must be friendly and sincere on the phone, fast on the keyboard, motivated, and possess strong organizational skills.
