JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a rockstar customer service manager who can assist with sales follow up for our credit consulting business.

We are a US based company located in California so we are PST and operated our business M-F 9am - 5pm PST (with a paid meal period from 12:30-1pm PST) and looking for someone who can fully dedicate their time to this position virtually from home. We are looking for someone who can communicate well, attend weekly meetings and follow through with tasks assigned.

You will be required to speak and write in english well in order to apply. This position requires written and verbal communication with US based clients.

This position would be responsible for:
-general customer service for client looking for updates on their file - we are looking for everything to send a secure message in the client portal we use which is credit repair cloud software which we can train the right person on.
-answering all incoming calls on the company phone system
-returning all missed calls on the company phone system
-follow up with clients after scheduled call with Nicole
-follow up email with clients
-client billing (help clients update billing info, set up billing info in system and ensure all payments for clients have been made.
-help with email response
-help with email campaigns
-help with customer service blogs for website
-follow up with clients to upload mail received regarding updates to CRC file
-make client notes in file to stay up to date with all client.
-helping client build positive credit.
