In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

• Extremely proficient in handling the below Responsibilities
• Possess the below Skills/Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Set up files for new clients
• Open new claims with auto insurance companies and health insurance companies
• Send Letter of Representation to auto insurance companies and health insurance companies
• Request and obtain medical records, medical bills, police reports, final health insurance itemizations, etc…
• Upload incoming email and fax documents to cloud based client files
• Thoroughly organize and index client files and documents

Skills/Requirements:
• Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
• Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
• Strong time management skills
• Effective planning and execution ability
