JOB OVERVIEW

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Commerce
fluent in English communication (verbal and written)
- strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, show initiative, and exemplify a positive attitude
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
at least two years relevant work experience
- fast home internet (at least 3MB)
- reliable computer system with acceptable anti-virus protection and camera for virtual meetings
- existing home office dedicated work space
flexible to work during Pacific Standard/Daylight Time regular office hours
- at least one year experience of working from home

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- at least one year experience in life insurance or group benefits
- at least one year experience in business process outsourcing (BPO)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system including but not limited to client information updates, investment trades, and any contact with clients
- compile and analyze financial information in financial planning software
- tax return preparation
- prepare documents for client loan and insurance
