Youtube Channel Manager

I am looking for someone with prior experience managing a Youtube channel to build out a new youtube channel for me. I have a network of mental health practitioners (Therapists, coaches etc) and 75 videos made for my website Centered ----------

I would like to move these all over to Youtube and to do the following well to start:

- Keyword targeting
- Youtube Management (Tagging, title, thumbnails, community post, SEO)

And then ideally also the following:
- Content strategy --- analytics research determining what content to create next
- Practitioner communications -- letting them know when we will be publishing, permissions etc, eventually recruiting them for new projects
- Video editing / finding an editor to create additional content. Also adding subtitles
