Virtual Executive Assistant

I am the CEO of Leopard.FYI, and my boyfriend is also a CEO. We are looking for part time personal EA support. We'd prefer a candidate with prior experience doing the following tasks:

- Finding well rated in-network doctors, fitness trainers, food delivery services etc
- Booking appointments, air tickets, hotels
- Submitting insurance claims

Must be able to write in fluent english and to interface with us about projects during Evening PST US time. Work can be done during PH hours but may need to call hotels, airlines etc during US hours.

Please provide any relevant work product examples for us to review. There will be a phone interview as well.
