Lead Generation / List Building Associate ($5 an hour, partial overlap with US required)

I run Leopard.FYI, a recruiting company focused on women ---------- this role, you will build high quality lists of candidates that fit the job descriptions our clients need. You'll be expected to find 50 fit leads per 8 hour shift, and you'll have a team lead/ account manager, peers & Leopard's founder Jordan Leonard to help with training and making sure you're set up for success!

The role requires partial overlap with US PST or EST hours, so the morning shift or night shift works ok. For this role you do not need phone skills, but your writing should be strong as should your attention to detail.

This role will start at $3.5 an hour throughout training, and when you pass and have your first assignment you'll move up to $5 an hour plus success based bonuses.
