Marketing Operations Manager (#406)

Hi!! This is John!! Humessence provides personal and professional development coaching, training, and consulting for individuals and organizations. We are currently looking for an assistant that can help us with marketing operations.
We will collaborate on a shared content calendar via Google Sheets for posting on all social media platforms. The calendar has been operational for 5 months now to reference past templates and Copywrite. You will utilize Canva Pro to design and edit content for social media and other marketing projects (lots of existing design templates to reference). Basic video editing skills are required (chopping small posts, stories, and reels from existing videos, overlaying video titles & captions, etc.). All copies and captions will be reviewed and approved by another team member as part of the scheduling process. All posts will be scheduled and approved for posting in advance via Hootsuite Professional.

Additional activities include engaging and growing the audience across all platforms, outreach tactics to grow into FB groups, new geographies, and more, reviewing post-performance / social media analytics, and competitive market research.

Basic knowledge of email marketing, SEO, web page editing/development via Elementor Pro, and audio editing skills via Audacity or another platform is preferred, yet not required for the position.
