3 Years+ Of Experience - Social Media Manager

Can you create excellent eye-catching designs for social media? Do you know how to attract new followers? Can you follow directions, pay attention to details, and edit your own work?
The right person for us MUST have a minimum of 3 years of Social Media Management and be both an artist and an SMM. Applicants must work graveyard 11 PM -3 AM M-F OR mornings 8 AM-12 PM Monday - Friday, PH time. Must be responsible, and have fluent English skills.
Skills REQUIRED:
Canva Pro
Photoshop
WordPress website building experience
Ability to Organically grow FB and IG followers
Experience in real estate is a plus
Experience with 1-minute videos

This position is Hourly with a negotiable rate with a Bonus for Results. DOE - $4.50-$6/hr DOE + $200 bonus for a home sale resulting from social media.
Timeproof is MANDATORY and not negotiable.
