Web App Developer - Real Estate Lead Tracking

Full Stack Developer: We are seeking to hire a developer on a FULLTIME basis. The ideal candidate will have experience as a full-stack developer experienced with API Upgrade to see actual infomunications: Each project will be developed in phases with clearly defined objectives for each phase.

We expect you to tell us when you do not understand a task or are having technical issues – more communication is always better than Upgrade to see actual infoveloper Workflow: You will be responsible for identifying the necessary infrastructure for each project and establishing accounts where necessary.

Source Control: We use git-based source control; you will establish a github repository for the project and add us as owners / full permissions to the project for code review. Ownership of the code is ours as you will be compensated to develop the code on our behalf.

Code Maintenance: The quality of code is as important as the proper functioning of the program. All pull requests will be reviewed for quality and may be rejected if not to standard.

Project 1: Real Estate Lead Tracking

Project Goal: When complete, this product will allow a user to login to a web portal on a browser and enable the user to add property leads, add data to the leads individual portals, and track which user inputted the data.

Phase 1 Objective: When complete, a user logged in to the portal will see be able to select a property address and have all of that property’s details Upgrade to see actual infoase 1 Overview: In this phase you will develop the property details page, allowing for manual entry of data into the appropriate fields and have that information saved.
