Job Role: REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER and SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Work Hours and Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am CST - 4:00 pm CST

Salary range: $900 CAD/month+++

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience as a Real Estate VA with well-spoken with a confident telephone voice

• Experience in phone sales experience (direct selling experience)

• Teachable and Team player

Responsibilities and Duties(including but not limited to):

• Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.

• Rigorously lead management, calling, and rapport building for new prospects and follow up with leads in your pipeline daily from various lead sources.
