Inside Sales/ Truck Dispatch

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced full-time Inside Sales/ Truck Dispatcher with great attitude and excellent communication skills, who knows how to negotiate and book the best load for the driver, knows how to plan the week, and knows how to operate with DOT ELD regulations.

The trucks that we are dispatching are:

- 26’ Foot Box Trucks (10,000lbs weight capacity) / Dock Height / w/ Lift Gate
- Sprinter Van/ Cargo Van/ Ram Promaster / (High Roof)

Responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, dispatching and planning of customer freight shipments
- Being familiar with Load Boards – Sylectus/ DAT / Amazon Relay / and various Broker Sites
- Ability to negotiate and book loads for drivers
- Book Loads that will keep the drivers happy and generate income for the company.
- Bonuses paid for successful new contracts and bookings*

- Monitor performance and available hours of Fleet Drivers
- Work cooperatively with customer service/sales to provide solutions for customers’ needs and resolve issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Qualified individual will be responsible for driver efficiency while ensuring all customer expectations are met
Serves as a point of contact for drivers
- Ability to communicate clearly in a respectful manner at all times with both customers and drivers
- Understands DOT regulations
- Understands ELD Logs and Driver hours of operation.
