Need full time graphics coder (HTML & CSS)

Looking for a full time front-end coder. I require perfect HTML & CSS. Also a little Javascript and PHP, but very basic. Websites need to be responsive as we will be mostly working with mobile sites.

Job will consist of bringing to life a sketch of mobile site. Making different variations of current sites. Connecting to FTP server, uploading changes.

These are main tasks, I will also ask for other things that should be simple for anyone familiar with computers. These things include spying on competition advertisements using VPN, doing research, writing.
