Facebook Ads Expert (For Experienced Applicants Only) - Bonus Commission Opportunities!

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Expert to run ads for our ecommerce product accounts. Ideally, you will be able to:

- Plan campaigns including ad copy, creative, etc.
- Know the ins and outs of Facebook power editor
- Research audiences for optimal targeting
- Split test campaigns to find the best performing and lowest cost ads
- Understand and interpret analytics to determine if you KEEP or SCALE or KILL each ad on an individual basis.

Here's what we need you to do:
DEVELOP A FACEBOOK ADS CAMPAIGN
- Take existing creative assets and video content to develop a Facebook ads campaign with the objective of driving sales conversions.
- Research & test targeting model to find 'sweet spot' of a large audience with high interest and propensity to buy
- Split test campaigns to optimize ads ongoing to drive spend efficiency and maximize ROI
- Generate a weekly performance report with recommendations on how to drive sales

Successful engagement will look like:
- Driving a minimum of 10 sales to website per day
Other:
- CPA (cost per action) of $40 per order
- Target conversion rate of 0.6%
- CTR from Facebook of 1.5%

Key skills
- Proven track record in developing and implementing Ad campaigns with a strong portfolio of results. Please send these through with your application.
- Ideally have a knowledge of affiliate networks although this is not essential
