Bookkeeper/ Tax Return Preparer

CPA firm located in the USA is looking for CPA licensed Bookkeeper (Quickbooks), US Tax return preparer and financial analyst. The duties include cleaning up year-end Quickbooks books, bank and credit card reconciliation, categorization of expenses, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, setting up new clients in Quickbooks, and connecting to banks, preparing and fixing financial statements for tax return preparation. Ideal candidate will have an experience of bookkeeping for trucking companies and experience working for US CPA firms.
Also, the person should know US Tax Laws well, and help with the preparation of tax returns such as forms 1040, Sch C, partnership and corporation tax returns.
Besides, if you have some financial analyst background and can-do financial consultancy such as cash flow and working capital management, budgeting and forecasting, KPIs, variance analysis, these skills will be helpful too.

The pay rate can be discussed as project-based or monthly. For bookkeeping projects, it is $50 per project, and tax returns are 10% of the total amount. Or we can agree on the monthly fee starting from $250 per month. If the person does a good job, we will pay good bonus in April.
