Non Voice - Empathetic Customer Care Companion (Part Time/Full Time) - Wellness AI Company

Job Overview/ Job Summary/Job Description:
You will work on an 8 or 4 hour shift for 5 days a week, and will be responsible for effectively enhancing the users’ experience with our current technology. Please take note that this is currently a non-voice position, but does require native-level written English. The $400/month salary is for Full Time companions, for part time companions that will automatically be reduced to half.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
• Creating a remarkable user experience that enhances users’ conversations and input when communicating with our product.
• Be responsible for maintaining the quality of responses given to the customers.
• Complete ongoing training and stay plugged into product and team updates and ensure that requested changes and improvements are implemented during shifts.
• Cooperate with management and colleagues to achieve optimal working conditions.
• Suggest needed enhancements for the improvement of our AI bot.
• Submitting specific technical reports when needed for the technical team to assess the issues.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed by the management.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Required:
• Strong emotional intelligence to ensure quality work (as the company in resolving human emotional and cognitive issues).
• Ability to communicate effectively in written/verbal English.
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues and the management team.
• Responsive to team conversations and ability to ask questions when needed.
• Ability to work and thrive in a macro-managed environment, learn rapidly and master the needed information.
• Amenable to work flexible working hours and days - including weekends.
• Available to work within the next 2 weeks.

Preferred:
• Has experience using Slack Application
• Experienced working in a non-voice position

Technical Requirements:
• Able to work remotely. You will need to have your own pc/laptop and a strong wifi connection.
• Needs to have at least Windows 10 OS, to support Slack Application.
• Needs to have at least 10mbps upload and download speed.
• Must have a back-up internet supply (Mobile Data is accepted).
