Input data into software form based on information provided by our clients. Initial research of the subject property to be appraised and collect and organize data from available online resources. Prepare narrative reports which describe the property’s condition and features (based on photographs obtained by the appraiser). Must be familiar with appraisal forms and terminology. Please advise if familiar with FNMA 1004, 1004MC, as well as software: Alamode Total or Clickforms and general appraisal understanding. Thank you
