Excellent Lead Sourcer / Finder Needed- Great Pay and Benefits

I am looking for an experienced lead sourcer for a marketing agency. You will be doing a multitude of tasks including looking for and qualifying the prospects you find. I'll do a quick training with you on how to do this.

Required:
Fluent in English
Basic analytical skills
Must be creative and innovative with attention to detail

Pay: To be determined. This depends on your level of skill and other applicants for the job. Disregard the number I set below.

What you'll be doing:

* FInding leads on Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn
* Qualifying leads you to find based on products, audience, following, earnings per month, activity
* Putting leads in a CRM with owner's and business information

Perks:

* You can work anytime based on your own preferences, should not take more than 1.5 hours a day when you gain experience
* Flexible vacation, if you need time off just let me know
* Opportunity for COMMISSION for every client closed for 3 months after the closure unless leaves earlier if you do a good job, all based on PERFORMANCE

About me:
I own Solmax Media- an online marketing agency. I've never worked with a VA before but I'm very excited to bring someone on board to work with. Also looking to hire a second VA in the very near future
