Graphic Designer & Web Development

Hi,

I run a small marketing agency called Bulletproof FX that specializes in home-service clients in the United States. We are looking to hire someone to help out with a few main tasks:

- Graphic Design: creating facebook ad graphics, page posts on social media, basic website graphics, access to photoshop, and possibly simple logo design

- Web Development: basic knowledge of CMS platforms like wordpress, shopify, godaddy, and the ability to update/manage text and graphics, as well as create new pages using similar examples from competing websites. also setup and utilize software integrations like zapier, google analytics, etc

- Basic data entry/manipulation, using google sheets, docs, ---------- anizing content in google drive, and updating simple spreadsheets to track ad/SEO data and invoice customers


Some additional skill sets i'm looking for, that aren't required are or that could be taught are:

- Basic video editing (text overlays, cutting, splicing, transitions, etc) is preferred

- Knowledge of SEO including on-page optimization, content procurement/creation, link-building, and evaluating progress of seo projects over time is preferred


I'm looking for someone to work 30-40 hours per week, preferably during at least part of U.S. business hours (9am - 5pm CST), though not necessarily required. You'll need the ability to get on zoom calls and screen share for weekly meetings, and communicate via email/text/slack on a daily basis. If projects require, I'm open to hiring additional VAs and would like someone that has experience in managing a small team.
