We want someone who is a caring, well-rounded team member with drive & passion for adding value and being a part of a great company. Claim Supplement Pro is a specialist in ensuring insurance pays correctly, and we are currently looking for an Assistant that can help us with administrative things: entering info into our systems, sending emails to insurances, following up with insurances, updating our systems with updates, and negotiating with insurance on the items they need to pay.

- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:
-MUST have strong negotiation skills
-The account manager will be negotiating with insurance on the items they need to pay.
- Admin Tasks: entering info into the systems, sending emails to insurances, following up with insurances, updating the systems with updates.

Preferred experience:
-Handling inbound and outbound calls
-Experience with customer service, sales, and account management
