Looking For Full Time Graphic Design For Solar Company

Our solar company is seeking a full time Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Strategist.

This individual must be able to wear multiple hats (see responsibilities below) to assist our Facebook and YouTube media buyers and strategists in creating EFFECTIVE ad campaigns, creative and some copy to be used in ads to generate leads for homeowners looking to go solar on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

We are currently spending approx $70, ---------- ---------- per month on Facebook and YouTube to acquire leads (homeowners who are interested in switching to solar) and we are in great need of a creative individual to research the market, look at competitors and generate a large amount of images, graphics and video to be used in or ads.

Our approach to lead generation is a bit unique as we're trying to cut through all the noise on social media with 99% of solar companies pushing their brand and/or pushing solar vs. focusing on the problem homeowners are experiencing and focusing on the BENEFITS of switching to clean energy while saving thousands of dollars per year.

You must have a firm understanding of the principles of graphic design, marketing, copywriting, psychology and persuasion using images, video and the written word. Our broader target audience is U.S. homeowners with an interest in renewable energy between age 25-65 but we have different profiles within this base.

Responsibilities:

-Market research
- Developing new creative
-Campaign planning
-Assist media buyer in determining what are our best ads and what do we need to test next
-Some copywriting (bonus skill) and or manage and work with a copywriter
-Light social media management

Here are the main requirements that we need:

1. MUST be able to work regular business hours Eastern Time (US)
2. MUST have amazing communication and English ability
3. Must be a team player. Collaboration is a huge reason why we are successful, so you must not be afraid to ask questions and ask for help from the right people.
4. You must have a fast computer with a great internet connection.
5. Must be extremely organized with high attention to detail so that mistakes are realized quickly and not repeated often.
6. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software

Our starting salary IS just starting. The faster you learn to take on the responsibilities above for us the higher your income will go. We see this position easily reaching $1,000/month once we are fully confident in your abilities.

We also offer 1 paid sick day per month (accumulating)
We pay 13th-month bonuses
We pay salaries monthly at the end of the month. (The first month we can do bi-weekly if that is more comfortable)
