Email Lead Generation

We have a full-time lead gen position open that will be focussed on LinkedIn and outbound email. The goal is to have prospects book calls through a process of LinkedIn engagement and direct email using personalized comments and scripts. Our messaging style is very different then other businesses and we do not use automations or automated messaging campaigns.

You must have a strong understanding of written English and be confident in your written communication to be successful in this role. Additionally, previous experience with LinkedIn and its features, and/or previous experience in customer support or with cold email marketing.

While we will provide templates and guides for you to follow, many conversations will be contextual and it is essential that you can respond to messages with few grammatical errors.

Previous lead generation experience is helpful, but not required as we will provide training on our system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written english and comfortable communicating with clients through Email/DM
- Experience with the LinkedIn Platform (commenting, sending connections, sending DM’s)
- Experience with google sheets and spreadsheet formatting
- Previous experience with cold email or customer support

DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE
- Qualifying lists of prospects and profiles based on certain criteria
- Commenting on and engaging with prospects posts on LinkedIn
- Sending and responding to personalized emails with guidelines from our templates and scripts
- Creating, updating, tracking, and editing spreadsheets and lists

IMPORTANT
- Must be available to work nights (7am-3pm EST Time)
- Must be able to work full-time 40hrs/week
