Role (Overview of the Position)
As the Content Strategist/Copywriter, you will create engaging and gripping long/short-form copy for a variety of mediums. You will work closely with a team of marketers and content creators to develop quality content that engages our target audience. This will include writing website copy, video scripts, blogs, advertisements, and other copywriting tasks that improve the
BridgeCom Systems’ SEM and SEO efforts.

Write high-quality, highly-converting content with short deadlines
Research products, topics, and audience pain points to produce content that meets our marketing objectives and goals
Engage and collaborate with other tea

Conduct social media outreach to engage customers and create a strong social media presence
Write and edit marketing materials for product listings
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
Understand companies flagship products
Build a strong familiarity with the target audience
Create creative copywriting material that converts prospects into customers
Learn the basics of how amateur radio works and how products can benefit our target audience
Craft social media posts, product copy, website content, and related marketing content at a high conversion rate
Help the marketing team develop new marketing materials/ideas to better engage our target audience
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Experience in content writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
Experience with SEO-driven keyword research and SEM
Must put the words "Blue M&M" in your resume or cover letter to be considered.
Strong skills in editing/proofreading to check one’s own work for grammatical errors. As well as strong attention to detail with word choice and formatting of text
Ability to absorb technical information quickly and generate easy-to-read, compelling content within a short timeline
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
