We are recruiting for a Portfolio Roadmap Administrator to join our busy Portfolio Office. This department is responsible for managing a range of major technology and business change initiatives across the organization.

What will you do in this role?
In this role you will support the smooth running of the Portfolio Roadmap function by managing documentation and providing a knowledge base and retrieval service for Portfolio information. You will support the Head of Portfolio Roadmap with the successful running of an annual portfolio build exercise, regular portfolio reviews, and the maintenance of long-term roadmap views.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
