Hi,
You would be working off a content calendar under the supervision of the digital marketing manager but may interact with the company Director of Operations and the CEO on occasion.
As our lead Content Creator, your role will require you to research, write, and create different pieces for our company’s digital media.
- Writing, proofreading, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs,
- Writing headlines, general content, sales content,
- Optimizing content according to SEO standards and principles
- Ability to write headlines and post in WordPress and on social media
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to create a wide variety of
- Ability to research and know when and what emojis and hashtags to use
To do this job, you'll need:
Exceptional English skills.
You'll need experience with:
Blog writing
Scriptwriting
Online research
If you're familiar with Canva that's a plus

- Have at least 2 years of experience posting in WordPress

This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position. Our normal office hours are US weekdays between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Pacific Time (11:30 pm - 7:30 am Manila Time). This position has flexible hours however, for the first 90-days we would like at least 4 hours a day to overlap so you can coordinate with the team and your direct supervisor on a daily basis for training. Once we are confident you're on the task we would work out a mutually beneficial schedule. This position does offer a flexible schedule as long as you finish all the blogs, social media posts, and other assigned tasks daily.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. You will be able to pick up to 6 holidays.
The starting salary is $1000 - $1200 USD monthly to begin. Then after 90 and/or 180-days, we will reevaluate your progress. Raises commensurate with product knowledge and ability to communicate it to our audience. We will pay you bi-weekly via Payoneer on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.

If things go well and our team grows, you'll have the chance to be promoted as editor/team leader where you would handle a team of writers for various channels.
